IVR is a voice-based data collection system that expands the global capabilities of ClinOps to include subject randomization, interactive surveys and diary data collection. Its user-friendly development tools allow for changes to be made seamlessly during the trial. With a Toll-Free number, Investigators can use an automated system to register and review subject information, to access study directives and to report results accurately and efficiently.
Our IVR system is fully validated and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, with multiple levels of security and validated audit trails of all activities.
